For an authentic taste of traditional English Fair, we suggest you try some of our other types of game meat.
This type of game meat availability is governed by the legal shooting seasons and due to our own moral stance we do not cull during any time when there is young around or when there is no official close season. The welfare of the animals and our land's environment is paramount to us.
We are able to supply the following other types of game fresh whilst they are in season:
- Pheasant (Breasts, oven ready or in feather)
- Partridge (oven ready or in feather)
- Duck (in feather)
- Rabbit (oven ready)
- Hare (oven ready or in fur)
We do carry limited amounts of frozen oven ready produce out of season too, other than duck which is only available during the wild fowl shooting season.
